An Italian Cooking Class inside Helsinki’s Oodi Library: we knead, cook and finally sit down to eat together. Maximum 8 participants per class, plus an Italian cook and one assistant (10 people in the kitchen). Two fixed weekly formats: a midweek public class and a corporate team cooking experience.
It’s not a restaurant, it’s not a formal cooking school: it’s a library kitchen that, for one evening, turns into a small Italian trattoria. The cook brings Abruzzese family recipes and beloved Italian classics, explained in a relaxed, hands-on way.
We work in small groups, maximum 8 participants, so everyone can chop, knead, taste and ask questions. At the end we set the table and eat everything we have prepared together.
Floury hands, laughter, shared plates and empty pans: a glimpse of our cooking classes in Oodi’s kitchen.
We run two main formats every week: a midweek public class and a corporate team cooking experience. Use the form to tell us your preferred date and format – we’ll reply by email with confirmation, and then send you a secure payment link to finalize your booking.
